刘敏

一、 基本情况:

刘敏,男,湖南大学自动化系教授,博士生导师,副院长;

国家重点研发计划项目首席科学家,国家重点研发计划国际合作重点专项首席科学家;

国家高层次青年人才,国家自然科学基金创新研究群体核心成员;

机器人视觉感知与控制技术国家工程实验室主任助理(主任: 王耀南院士);

机械工业先进制造视觉检测与控制技术重点实验室主任;

湖南省国际科技创新合作基地主任,视觉感知与人工智能湖南省重点实验室副主任;

中国图象图形学学会组织建设工作委员会秘书长,中国图象图形学学会会员发展与服务工作委员会副主任。

 

二、个人简介:

先后主持国家重点研发计划项目、国家自然科学基金联合重点支持项目、国家重点研发计划政府间国际科技创新合作重点专项项目、湖南省杰出青年基金等多项国家级、省部级重大重点项目,在国际顶级期刊和会议上发表学术论文90余篇,获中国自动化学会青年科学家奖、湖南省科学技术创新团队奖湖南省高等教育教学成果奖特等奖、一等奖,获推荐参评国家级教学成果奖励。

 

现担任《IEEE Transactions on Neural Networks and Learning Systems》、《Journal of Intelligent and Robotic Systems》、《指挥与控制学报》等期刊编委和《自动化学报(英文版)》青年编委。中国人工智能学会模式识别专业委员会委员、中国自动化学会模式识别与机器智能专业委员会委员、中国图象图形学学会视觉认知与计算专委会委员,长沙市“人工智能及机器人产业链”科技特派员。国家“万人计划”科技创新领军人才会评专家、科技部科技创新2030-“新一代人工智能”等重大项目会评专家。


担任湖省研究生联合培养基地主任、湖南省校企合作创新业基地主任先后主持和参与11项省部级教改和基地建设项目,发表教改论文10篇(其中CSSCI期刊论文3篇)。近年指导的学生中,先后有15名同学获研究生国家奖学金,4名同学获评湖南省优秀毕业生,6名同学毕业论文获评湖南省优秀硕士学位论文,指导学生获中国“互联网+”创新创业大赛银奖,获中国图象图形学学会图像图形挑战赛全国总冠军。

Min Liu is a Professor at Hunan University. He received his bachelor degree from Beijing University and PhD degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of California, Riverside in 2012. He was a research intern in HHMI Janelia Farm Research Campus and a research scientist at the University of California, Santa Barbara. His research interests include computer vision, pattern recognition and machine learning.
