张聪

一、基本情况

张聪,男,博士,湖南省衡阳市祁东县人。

湖南大学电气与信息工程学院副教授,博士生导师,湖湘青年英才、长沙市杰出青年人才、湖南大学岳麓学者、青年教师托举计划获得者。IEEE Member,担任IEEE Trans. Power Syst./ Smart Grid/Sust. Energy等国际电力领域权威期刊审稿专家。为帅智康院长领衔的“电力应急技术湖南省工程研究中心”青年骨干。主要从事新型电力系统防灾应急、电力系统不确定性分析、 安全裕度评估与优化、配电网数字化管控、储能规划调度与运行控制等方向的研究。

近五年发表SCI/EI收录论文50余篇,授权专利13项,出版科学出版社专著1部,获国家教育部科技进步二等奖1项。主持国家自然科学基金、湖南省自然科学基金等纵向课题4项,深圳电科院、湖南省电力公司、广东电力设计院等横向课题4项。曾获2022年度湖南大学教学优秀奖,华南理工大学优秀博士学位创新基金一等奖,2017-2018年度广东省优秀学生。
