张聪

一、基本情况

张聪,男,博士,湖南省衡阳市祁东县人。

湖南大学电气与信息工程学院副教授,博士生导师,湖南大学岳麓学者、青年教师托举计划获得者。IEEE Member,担任IEEE Trans. Power Syst./ Smart Grid/Sust. Energy等国际电力领域权威期刊审稿专家。“电力应急技术湖南省工程研究中心”青年骨干。主要从事新型电力系统电力应急技术、大规模新能源并网运行与控制、储能规划调度与运行控制、电力系统不确定性分析等方向的研究。

近五年发表SCI/EI收录论文30余篇,涵盖IEEE Trans. Power Syst./ Smart Grid/Sust. Energy等国际权威期刊。主持国家自然科学基金、湖南省自然科学基金等纵向课题3项,湖南省电力公司、广东电力设计院等横向课题3项。曾获华南理工大学优秀博士学位创新基金一等奖,2017-2018年度“广东省优秀学生(研究生阶段)”荣誉称号。熟悉概率论、最优化、区间理论等多个数学领域,本科阶段数学专业排名第一,具备良好的数学理论基础。
