张聪


一、个人简介

张聪,男,博士,湖南省衡阳市祁东县人。

湖南大学电气与信息工程学院助理教授,岳麓学者。IEEE Member,担任IEEE Trans. Power Syst./ Smart Grid/Sust. Energy等国际电力领域权威期刊审稿专家。湖南省重点实验室“能源互联网智能信息分析与综合优化实验室”青年骨干。

近三年发表SCI/EI收录论文20余篇,其中以第一作者发表SCI期刊论文9篇,涵盖IEEE Trans. Power Syst./ Smart Grid/Sust. Energy等国际权威期刊,申请国家发明专利5项。曾获华南理工大学优秀博士学位论文创新基金一等奖,2017-2018年度“广东省优秀学生(研究生阶段)”荣誉称号。熟悉概率论、复变函数、拓扑学、泛函分析、最优化、微分方程、数学物理方程、区间理论等多个数学领域,本科阶段以数学专业第一名的成绩获得研究生推免资格,具备良好的数学理论基础。

三、研究方向与业绩

主要从事电力系统最优潮流、潮流计算、经济调度、无功电压控制等领域的研究,具体以区间潮流、区间无功优化、区间最优潮流、含风电的机组组合及经济调度模型的研究为主。近年来,主持中央高校科研项目1项,参与国家重点研发计划2项,参与深圳供电局有限公司科技项目1项。

u 担任国家重点研发计划(原863计划)项目任务小组组长,参与项目研究和结题工作,期间提出了含多类型新能源的电网三级电压控制的框架,用于保证电网的安全运行。该项目荣获海南省科技进步一等奖、中国电力科学技术进步奖二等奖(省部级)、中国电力创新奖二等奖(省部级)、海南电网公司科技进步奖一等奖。

u 参与国家重点研发计划项目(973课题):高比例可再生能源并网的电力系统规划与运行基础理论,并成为学生主要负责人,提出了区间潮流算法,用于高比例可再生能源电网规划模型中网损分析计算及线路潮流是否越限的判别。
