黄晟

 

一、基本情况

黄晟,1988年出生,湖南大学电气与信息工程学院教授,国家重点研发计划首席科学家,国家级青年人才计划入选者,输变电新技术教育部工程研究中心副主任。2017-2021年期间,在丹麦技术大学从事博士后研究工作。主要研究方向是风电高效安全运行、新能源发电技术、储能技术与装备。发表高水平学术论文40多篇,均为SCI/EI收录;授权发明专利9项。获中国创新发明一等奖1项、教育部科学技术进步二等奖1 项;担任《IET Renewable Power Generation》编辑、《电力系统保护与控制》期刊的青年编委,并是IEEE Transactions on Sustainable EnergyIEEE Transactions on Industrial ElectronicsIEEE Transactions on Power ElectronicsIEEE Transactions on Smart GridIEEE Transactions on Power Systems 等多家电气领域国际顶级学术期刊的评审专家。
