一、基本情况

周全,1989年生于湖南湘阴,湖南大学电气与信息工程学院教授/博士生导师,国家级青年人才计划入选者,岳麓学者,IEEE 高级会员,IEEE Transactions on Smart Grid等权威期刊编委,IEEE 互联微电网工作组发起人与执行秘书,中国电科院期刊中心青年专家团团员,数次受邀在 TIACSEEMPCE 等学术期刊组织专题策划。

主要研究方向包括微电网优化运行与协同控制、卫星网络系统与应用技术、面向防灾减灾应急管理的能源通信支撑保障、信息物理系统安全防护等。

三、主要研究方向

面向国家发展迫切需要与应用场景现实需求,团队怀着“功成不必在我”的境界,“功成必定有我”的担当,将理论创新与工程实践紧密结合,做有价值、有意义、有组织的科研。聚焦复杂信息物理系统的安全稳定机理、优化运行与协同控制研究,结合卫星互联网、微电网等先进技术手段,发挥机器学习、数字孪生、云网融合等前沿技术潜力,赋能防灾应急等多元场景能源通信支撑保障。

(一)微电网优化运行与协同控制

针对微电网中新能源出力间歇性、随机性强,电力电子变换器的阻尼弱、惯性小,以及多区域互联耦合振荡大等特征,研究多尺度同步稳定控制、多模态主动集群控制等,解决异构微源间功率振荡幅值大和异构微源集群主动支撑不足问题;研究高柔性动态边界控制、自适应多边协同控制等,攻克多区域互联耦合系统的自适应控制难题。

 

(二)卫星互联网系统与应用技术

聚焦卫星星座网络系统、系统安全、数字支撑等卫星互联网领域关键瓶颈,研究卫星互联网空天地海数智融合通信网络、网络内生安全纵深防护体系、数字星网孪生自主交互平台等,为卫星互联网系统规划设计、运行管理、创新应用等提供技术支撑。

(三)卫星互联网-微电网组合赋能防灾减灾应急管理

聚焦公共安全应急管控体系普遍存在的能源通信共性瓶颈问题,充分利用卫星互联网、移动微电网等灵活资源,发挥广域感知、柔性组网等高韧性、高可靠优势,提升监测预警、应急响应、灾后恢复水平,减少灾害影响范围与程度,研究通导遥一体化灾害风险监测预警技术、卫星互联网-微电网组合驱动的防灾减灾应急体系架构与资源规划调度技术等。

(四)信息物理系统安全防护

聚焦星地融合网络模式下电力系统、微电网、卫星星座系统等复杂信息物理系统的相关安全风险,研究对抗环境下系统攻防场景构建与攻击模拟、系统脆弱性发现与分区分域差异化渗透攻击、系统全链路全流程的安全性分析与评估、差异化安全策略生成与有效性验证、融合区块链/数据链的星地融合网络数据可信接入与互信共享等,保障复杂信息物理系统的安全稳定运行。


四、研究生招生

每年招收2名博士研究生、4-6名硕士研究生,欢迎电气工程、控制科学、通信工程、计算机、应用数学等专业方向以及有交叉学科背景的学生联系、咨询、申请。团队注重培养学生的科研兴趣与能力,要求具有一定的数学功底(如最优化、矩阵理论、数值计算、复变函数等)和计算机应用能力(如建模仿真、数据分析、机器学习、软件开发等)。欢迎同样对多学科交叉与前沿技术应用充满探索精神、乐观开朗、善于思考、乐于实践的伙伴加入。

本研究团队与伊利诺伊理工大学、斯坦福大学、丹麦科技大学、奥尔堡大学、南洋理工大学、香港中文大学等高校科研机构建立了长期可靠的合作机制,能够借助相关科研团队的优势平台、科研条件和技术积累,可以为博士研究生提供海外访学交流机会,以及推荐优秀硕士研究生到国际知名大学攻读博士学位。
