一、基本情况

周全,男,汉族,1989年9月出生于湖南湘阴,湖南大学电气与信息工程学院教授、博士生导师,国家级青年人才计划获得者,岳麓学者,电能高效高质转化全国重点实验室、空天科学与应用联合研究中心等国家级/省部级科研平台技术骨干,IEEE高级会员,IEEE Trans. Smart Grid等权威期刊编委。从事卫星互联网系统及电力应用技术、分布式控制与通信、网络信息安全等领域研究,主持国家重点研发计划课题等多项国家级/省部级科研项目,开设《新型电力系统卫星互联网应用技术》等课程。

主要研究方向:面向新型电力系统的通导感融合应用、天空地一体网络、零信任信息安全、卫星互联网终端。

三、主要研究方向

卫星互联网是以卫星构成的天基信息网络为主体,以地面设施构成的地基信息网络为基础,融合航天、通信、网络、数据等关键技术的全球全域全时新型网络信息基础设施,通过通信、导航、感知等大时空尺度综合信息服务,新质赋能新型电力系统数字化、信息化建设,是新型电力系统天空地一体信息化建设的基础支撑、通导遥融合信息化应用的纵深拓展、安全高效信息化升级的关键动力、以及新质生产力的新时代科技探索与实践。

课题组立足电力信息技术学科定位,旨在全面探索卫星互联网新质赋能潜力,推动“卫星互联网+”新型电力系统垂直应用新模式,为态势感知、防灾应急、巡视检修、信息安全等电力场景提供安全可靠、优质高效综合信息服务,为建设、运行及发展天空地全面一体、通导遥深度融合的新型电力系统提供基础参考,推动新型电力系统与卫星互联网深度融合发展。

(一)通导感融合应用

针对新型电力系统中海量分布式电源时空分布稀疏、系统运行状态时变等挑战,在卫星互联网通导感融合支撑下,开展星地融合网络架构、多元星地信息融合、星地资源协同调度等研究,赋能态势感知、规划运行、防灾应急、巡视检修等典型场景,实现新型电力系统广域智慧无人化升级迭代,替代现有高危性、重复性、适应性人工业务,支撑新型电力系统数字化、透明化、智能化运行。

(二)天空地一体网络

天空地一体网络是天基网络(卫星互联网)、空基网络(飞行自组网)和地基网络(蜂窝网络、地面专网等)结合在一起的高度集成网络。考虑多种异构网络带来的复杂性,主要开展天空地一体网络架构、异构网络高效互联互通技术、飞行自组网可靠路由协议、有限资源下地面自组网可靠覆盖技术与装备等研究,利用各种通信平台的优势,以提供无缝、广泛、高效的通信覆盖。

(三)零信任信息安全

针对新型电力系统、卫星互联网、地面4G/5G网络等多元异构网络融合形成信息物理系统的开放多元特征,针对其网络信息安全风险高、攻击面多、暴露面大等挑战,开展弹性融合区块链的零信任安全架构、多元异构网络软件定义边界、网络单元动态身份可信认证、风险单元微隔离控制等研究,保障天地一体化网络下新型电力系统信息安全。

(四)卫星互联网终端

开展卫星互联网物联网/宽带/窄带终端研制,贯穿卫星直连模组调试—卫星直连通用终端—卫星直连电力专用终端研发流程,搭建卫星互联网终端装备开发平台作为硬件支撑,研究面向电力典型业务的轻量化、高性能、高可靠卫星直连装备,助力电力防灾应急、智慧无人化作业、电力建设监测等典型业务场景。

四、研究生招生

每年招收2名博士研究生、4-6名硕士研究生,欢迎电气工程、控制科学、通信工程、信息安全、计算机网络等专业方向以及有交叉学科背景的学生联系、咨询、申请。课题组保持团结友善、共同进步的学术氛围,重点培养学生的科研兴趣与实践能力,欢迎对前沿技术与交叉领域充满好奇心和探索欲、乐观开朗、乐于思考、勤于实践的同学们加入。

课题组与多家卫星互联网头部企业以及伊利诺伊理工大学、斯坦福大学、丹麦科技大学、奥尔堡大学、南洋理工大学、香港中文大学等高校科研机构建立了长期可靠的合作机制,能够借助相关科研团队的优势平台、科研条件和技术积累,可以为研究生提供企业/海外联合培养机会。
