唐凯

一、基本情况

唐凯,男,汉族,湖南宁乡人,工学博士,湖南大学电气与信息工程学院电子系教授,博士生导师,电子科学与技术系副主任。国家级海外青年项目入选者,湖南省芙蓉计划青年项目入选者,湖南大学岳麓学者。具有10年以上射频和模拟集成电路、混合信号处理等相关集成电路设计经验,主要包括低功耗雷达收发机系统全芯片集成,低功耗模拟和射频集成电路、模数转换器和模拟/模数存算一体芯片等相关领域。在集成电路与系统方向发表高水平期刊和会议论文70多篇,申请专利2项。欢迎具有电子、电气、半导体等相关学科背景的同学报考加入或交流。
