一、个人基本情况
黎灿兵,男,博士,教授,博导。1979年2月出生于湖南益阳。英国工程技术学会会士。教育部新世纪优秀人才,IEEE Trans on Smart Grid、ASCE Journal of Energy Engineering、Journal of Modern Power Systems and Clean Energy、电力系统保护与控制编委,IEEE Senior Member,E-mail:licanbing@qq.com

三、主要研究方向
主要从事电力规划与调度、电网分析与控制研究工作。
出版中英文专著各一本;发表学术论文130余篇,其中SCI收录40余篇;获得软件著作权19项,申报国际专利1项,国内专利10项。
